I take product quality and my craft seriously! If there is any damage or quality concerns about the items you received, please reach out via the contact form or email.
- I will promptly respond to any quality-related issues and work through the appropriate solution with you, which may be a replacement or refund.
- If you did not like the items, returns are accepted in the original condition of the product within 15 days of receiving the item(s). Please use the contact form to submit your request.
- You can send back the items using any shipping method. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs on the return.
